Teddi Ann is a Colorado native and received her Law degree in 1999 from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska.  Teddi Ann has been practicing family law in Colorado since receiving her degree.  Teddi Ann has a law office in Denver and opened her Avon office in June, 2007. Teddi Ann has taken level I and II of Collaborative training and is a professional mediator as well.  She is the Chair person for the Peak-to-Peak Collaborative Professionals, serves on the State board for The Colorado Collaborative Law Professionals (CCLP), is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP), and the Colorado Council of Mediators and Mediation Organizations.


           

auren A. Burnett is a third-generation Colorado native who enjoys the many activities Colorado has to offer including snow sports, hiking, biking, camping and boating.  Lauren is married and has three children.  Lauren received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado in 1980, and her law degree from the University of Denver in 1987.  Lauren has had a private law practice since 1995 when she formed The Law Office of Lauren A. Burnett, P.C.  The firm’s office is located in Avon, Colorado.  Lauren has completed levels I and II training for Collaborative Law, and is a member of the Peak to Peak Collaborative Law Professionals.

              Elizabeth graduated Boston University School of Law in 1987 and entered the Colorado Bar in 1998, having spent 12 years overseas.  Elizabeth has a private practice, emphasizing family law, collaborative divorce, and mediation, and also prosecutes for the Town of Avon.  She is a trained mediator and director 5th Judicial District Eagle County small-claims court mediation program. She is certified in collaborative law, levels I and II, including communication techniques and dispute resolution.   Elizabeth is a member of the Peak-to-Peak Collaborative Law Professionals; Colorado Bar Association, family law and ADR sections; Colorado Women’s Bar Association; Colorado Bar Foundation; Colorado Council of Mediation Organizations; and she chairs the 5^th Judicial District Inter-Disciplinary Committee.

 Jawn graduated from the University of Kansas in Lawrence with an undergraduate degree in Environmental Science.  She then attended and graduated from the University of Denver law school in 1998.  Jawn is admitted to practice law in both Colorado and Texas.  Jawn has received her Level I and Level II certifications and is a member of the Peak to Peak practice group, Colorado Collaborative Law Professionals, and International Collaborative Law Professionals.  She also collaborates with professionals in the Denver area.

                        Elizabeth attended the University of Colorado at Denver where she received a Master’s degree in counseling psychology with an emphasis in marriage and family therapy.  She also received a Master’s degree in Special Education from the University of Virginia.  Elizabeth has been working with families and children for 16 years, first in a school setting and presently in private practice.  Elizabeth is a member of the Peak-to–Peak Collaborative Law Professionals, works as a parenting coordinator in Summit County, and has completed the level I training in Collaborative Law.  She teaches parenting through divorce classes in Summit County and has been trained as a Court Appointed Special Advocate.

                                Dr. Hanze received his PhD from the University in Denver in child clinical psychology, with a minor in child development.  Dr. Hanze works in Collaborative Law both as a divorce coach and parenting plan coordinator.  Doug is a trained mediator and has completed his level I and II training in Collaborative Law.  Doug is a member of the Peak-to-Peak Collaborative Law Professionals, as well as the Mile High Collaborative Law Professionals in Jefferson County.  He also leads a class in FamilyDivorce for divorcing couples.

                             Peggy is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder with a major in Psychology and Language Arts Teacher.  In 1973, she received her Masters of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin and spent most of her career in Denver Public Schools social work.  Peggy is trained in mediation, volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), and substitute teaches.  As a member of the Peak-to Peak Collaborative Law Professionals, Peggy looks forward to supporting families through the divorce process as a "Coach" or "Child Specialist."
