Dori DeJong is the owner of DeJong & Associates, LLC. She graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in 1987 and the University of Denver School of Law in 1996. Elizabeth attended the University of Colorado at Denver where she received a Master’s degree in counseling psychology with an emphasis in marriage and family therapy. She also received a Master’s degree in Special Education from the University of Virginia. Elizabeth has been working with families and children for 16 years, first in a school setting and presently in private practice. Elizabeth is a member of the Peak-to–Peak Collaborative Law Professionals, works as a parenting coordinator in Summit County, and has completed the level I training in Collaborative Law. She teaches parenting through divorce classes in Summit County and has been trained as a Court Appointed Special Advocate.

Dr. Hanze received his PhD from the University in Denver in child clinical psychology, with a minor in child development. Dr. Hanze works in Collaborative Law both as a divorce coach and parenting plan coordinator. Doug is a trained mediator and has completed his level I and II training in Collaborative Law. Peggy is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder with a major in Psychology and Language Arts Teacher. In 1973, she received her Masters of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin and spent most of her career in Denver Public Schools social work. Peggy is trained in mediation, volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), and substitute teaches. As a member of the Peak-to Peak Collaborative Law Professionals, Peggy looks forward to supporting families through the divorce process as a "Coach" or "Child Specialist."
